Originating remotely from Oaxaca city, approximately 7 hours away, this coffee is sourced from San Francisco de Ozolotepec, San Juan, and Santa Cruz, Sierra Sur in Oaxaca México It is cultivated by numerous farmers and thrives at an altitude of 1400-1800 MASL, likely the most remote coffee in our selection.

Elias is a very inspiring producer we met up to since the beginning, and we are honored to be working with this lot. This is our first year having the opportunity to work with his Pink Bourbon. In the cup, the profile leans more into yellow fruit, floral notes with a soft acidity and lingering sweetness. Very aromatic and complex.
